Due to our small class size we need to have the following cancellation policy: 

Refund requests made up to two weeks before the start of class are refundable less a $25 transaction fee.

Refund requests made up to one week before the start of class are 50% refundable.

There are no refunds (including credits or moving to a later class) past one week of class beginning (including no-shows).

All refund requests must be made via email. 

Unfortunately, we cannot offer any makeup classes for any reason but our teachers are committed to working with students to catch them up in the next class if possible.

There are no refunds for missed lessons or lessons cancelled within 48 hours of your lesson beginning. Refund requests made less than a week before but prior to 48 hours before your lesson begins are 50% refundable or can be rescheduled, and refund requests made prior to a week before the course begins are fully refundable (less a $20 transaction fee*) or can be rescheduled.

For lessons with 2 or more people, there are no refunds if folks from your group can no longer make it or do not show up to your lesson. Please see the guidelines above regarding rescheduling your lesson if someone can no longer make the lesson and you would like to accommodate.

Membership fees are not refundable. We require 30 days notice to cancel memberships. Please reach out to Jen via Slack or email to end your membership. Thank you!

When you sign up for our mailing list, we collect your email address. We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your email address to any third parties. Your email address is used exclusively by Centerpoint Ceramics for the purpose of sharing information and updates about the studio and anyone we are partnering with.

All credit card payments are made through and protected by Stripe.
