Firing Services
The studio homes a 6.3 cubic foot L&L E23T that’s available for firing up to cone 6.
Standard bisque or glaze firing - $230 per fire for non-members and $195 per fire for members, plus load fee
Load fee $30-$50 depending on the amount of pieces
Preheats, holds, and ramps are subject to additional fees.
Don’t have enough work to rent out the full kiln? You’re welcome to drop individual pieces off to be fired at the rate of $0.12 per cubic inch, with a $30 minimum per drop off. If your pieces are made with clay not purchased at the studio, the studio will need to review your clay purchase to make sure it’s compatible with our firing temperatures. We fire to cone 5/6.

To glaze your bisque fired pieces, you can sign up for open studio which is $25 an hour on weekdays and $30 an hour on nights and weekends (2 hour minimum), and includes glazes. All non-studio glazes must be reviewed by the studio.
